Signed, Wilson W Baker, 14 May 1918....This is to certify that Mr. Raymond Clark Baker has been appointed a secretary of the National War Work Council of the Y.M.C.A. of the United States for service with the troops of the American Expeditionary Force in France. We hereby endorse his application for a passport to visit France and Great Britain. Mr. Baker will serve for the duration of the war.
