      Mrs. Walter C. (Amy) Baker, a former resident and school teacher in Niagara Falls, now living in Whittier, Calif., is the featured artist for the" month of May at the LaHabra Art Gallery, LaHabra, Calif. Her landscapes and still lifes, in oil and water colors, reflect the influence of her many travels in Mexico. She studied art for seven years under Wilson Turner, Phil Gilkerson and Joe Riebert.
