The Saint Paul globe, 19 Sept 1900 (chroniclingamerica.loc.gov) John B. McDowell has brought' action for divorce in the district court against his wife, Mary Agnes McDowell. They were married in the city of Hudson Wis,. Sept., 1888. On May 18, 1899, while a resident of this city he alleges, she wilfully deserted his bed and board, and has remained away ever since. She is thirty-eight years old and he is forty-three.
