(Larry) Baker, longtime Lubbock resident, well be held at 3:30 p.m. today in Carter Funeral Home, Lockney. The South Plains cotton farmer died in West Texas Hospital at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday. Baker, who was the uncle of Lubbock City Commissioner Lennis Baker, was a native of Lockney but had been a Lubbock resident for the past 26 years.
