Joseph Danfer and Frederick Nicholas were arraigned on a charge of burglary in the third degree. They are two boys, aged respectively twelve and fourteen years, and were arrested for being connected with two others in the burglary at the house of Freeman E. Jones, on Atwater street, about a fortnight ago. They were examined before Justice Wegman, and discharged on account of their extreme youth, and indirect agency in the affair. The other two boys were send to the House of Refuge. They were indicted by the last Grand Jury, and counsel assigned to them by the court.
