      Henry Dixon Hart, 49, died in his sleep today at the Cedar's Development Foundation home in Ross, where he had lived for nearly 30 years. The Marin County coroner's office said Hart, who had a history of chronic epilepsy, died apparently of natural causes. Hart was born in Portland, Ore. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Raymond G. Handley, and a brother, Phillip Hart of New York. Funeral arrangements are pending at Keaton's Mortuary in San Rafael.
