  from "The Kokomo Tribune", 15 Apr 1971 (newspapers.com) Eleanor D. Luff Eleanor D. Luff, 90, 1130 N. Courtland Ave., died at 11 p,m. Wednesday in the St. Joseph Memorial Hospital from complications. Born May 3, 1880 in Galva, Ill., she was the daughter of William Simpson and Emma Gertrude (Day) Hough. On April 4, 1911 she was married to William W. Luff who preceded her in death Aug. 4, 1960. She was a member of the Galva Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Miss Elizabeth Luff, Kokomo, and a nephew and two nieces. Funeral services will be at 10 A.m. Saturday in St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Clifford Schreck officiating. Burial well be in Galva, Ill. Friends may call the Long Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Friday.
