DIED - In this village, on the 27th inst. Samuel M. Perkins, Esq. in this 48th year of his age. for many years Mr. Perkins has been established among us in the legal profession. His case has been peculiarly unfortunate. Naturally of delicate constitution and inclining to consumption, his death has been precipitated by the upsetting of a stage which broke his ancle bones shockingly about two years since, by which he has been confined under circumstances of exceeding suffering from that time, and until the consumption set in to complete the destruction of his mutilated body.
