Ralph A. Woods is spending the summer at Conesus Lake where he is clerking in a hotel. During the past year he has done some acceptable writing for the Rochester and Buffalo papers and intends to enter Cornell university next fall. He will study law later. He is a very deserving young man of whome Richburg has reason to be proud.

Ralph A. Woods, formerly of Richburg is passing a few days with relatives in town. Mr. Woods is studying law in the office of a prominent law firm in Rochester. He was recently elected president of the Law Students Association of that city and is a bright young man.

Ralph A. Woods, son of Druggist A.A. Woods of Angelica, says the Advocate, has been appointed private secretary to the may of Rochester. The appointment carries with it a salary of $2,200 per year, and as it will not conflict with his law business, it is a fine thing. Ralph Woods formerly lived here, is a fine fellow and his old friends rejoice in his advancement.

Ralph Woods of Caledonia, N.Y., has been visiting old acquaintances in town the past week.

Ralph A. Woods, 60, retired oil producer, contractor and royalties dealer, died at his home in Tulsa, Okla., Monday morning, March 22, after a long illness. Mr. Woods was born in Wheatland, Pa., her attended Genesco State normal School, and studied law in Rochester and became a member of the New York Bar. He married Maude Tennent of Caledonia and they lived in Kansas, Missouri, Louisiana and Texas before moving to Tulsa in 1916. During the World War Mr. Woods was very active in Red Cross and other war-time work. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Alex; one daughter, Mrs. Isabel Van Horn, and one sister Mrs. H.J. Baker, all of Tulsa. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 24th and the body sent the to Kansas City for cremation and the ashes were returned to Tulsa. Mrs. Woods\' brother, A.H. Tennent of Cleveland, O., attended the funeral.

Ralph A. Woods Dies in Tulsa
Ralph A. Woods, 50, one time secretary to Major John G. Cutler of Rochester, died in Tulsa, Okla. last week, according to word reaching here yesterday. Woods, a retired oil producer, was born in Wheatland, Pa., and was a graduate of Genesco State Teachers college, Genesco, and studied law in the offices of Walter Hubbell. He went to Tulsa in 1916.
